Welcome
I'm so glad you're here! I teach vinyasa-based classes that encourage play, mindfulness, and open-hearted presence. Each class, you can expect to be challenged with arm balances & tapas, the purifying internal heat, while also holding space for grounding, compassion, and breath awareness. See the schedule below to join in! My personal practice is inspired by and largely pulls from the Ashtanga tradition, a love of handstands, and the ancient wisdom of Buddhist & Hindu philosophy. I'm a certified yoga mutt!
Being a yogi will always be my first love. I completed my initial Yoga Teacher Training at The White Lotus Foundation and continued on to take Advanced Teacher Training with Jason Crandell. I taught yoga throughout medical school to pay my rent & keep my heart happy. In 2018, I opened my naturopathic clinic, QC Natural Health. Yoga and medicine are one in the same to me, and I feel honored to practice both.
